Timelines vary by scope. A single room can take a day or two, while a full exterior or whole-home interior may take a week or more. We give you a clear schedule up front and stick to it, and we tell you the crew size and expected duration before we start.

We ask that you remove fragile items and wall hangings from the work area. We handle furniture protection, surface prep, and full cleanup so you do not have to worry about a thing.

We follow a clear four-step process: a free on-site or virtual estimate, careful surface prep and protection, professional application, and a final walkthrough with you to make sure every detail meets our standard. You know what is happening at every stage, so there are no surprises.

Prep is where a lasting finish starts. We clean, scrape, sand, fill cracks, caulk gaps, and prime as needed so the paint bonds to a sound surface. Skipping prep is the number one reason paint fails early, so we never cut corners here.

For interior projects, you do not need to stay home the entire time, but we do need access at the start and for the final walkthrough. Many customers go about their day while we work. We are fully insured and treat your home with respect.

We cover floors with drop cloths, wrap furniture in plastic, mask trim and fixtures with professional-grade tape and film, and isolate the work area. The protection photos in our gallery show the level of care we use on every job.

During peak season (late spring through fall) we book a few weeks out, while interior projects can often be scheduled sooner. Reach out as early as you can and we will do our best to fit your timeline.

Exterior painting needs dry conditions, so we watch the forecast closely and reschedule around rain, high humidity, or extreme temperatures. We will keep you updated and only paint when conditions give you a finish that lasts.

Yes. Your estimate includes the expected crew size and number of working days. Once we start, we stay on the job until it is done right. We do not bounce between multiple projects and leave yours sitting unfinished.

Our 3-year warranty covers peeling, blistering, or excessive fading on eligible interior and exterior painting projects that result from our workmanship or materials. If a covered issue comes up, we come back and fix it at no cost to you.

After we finish, you have 30 days to live with the work and let us know if any small detail needs attention. We will return to take care of touch-ups at no charge, because the job is not done until you are happy with it.

The warranty does not cover damage from flooding, settling, moisture intrusion behind the paint, or structural movement, and it does not apply to surfaces we did not prep or paint. We explain what is and is not covered during your estimate so there are no surprises later.
